Nicholson Ventures Group (NVG) Announces Temporary Pause in Real Estate Ventures

Nicholson Ventures Group (NVG), today announced a temporary pause in its real estate endeavors under The Better Realty Co brand - a branch of the Australasian Real Estate Group, @realty.

After careful consideration and reflection, NVG has made the decision to take a break from its real estate activities, under its brand "The Better Realty Co." This decision is driven by a commitment to the strategic reevaluation of future opportunities in the real estate market, local to the Waikato Region.

"While this decision was not made lightly, it is the best course of action for the future direction of our business in the interim," said Matt Nicholson, Managing Director at NVG. "Over the past 12 months, our partnership with @realty has been instrumental in achieving remarkable milestones. Together, we uphold the values of innovation, integrity, and community, guiding us as we pause to reflect, reassess, and embark on a journey of continued growth and development. Looking ahead, we envision further collaboration with @realty as we strategically plan to reinvest in real estate as a pivotal component of our long-term strategy."
